Ocean Ave Towers
Once known as The Penthouse, 101 Ocean Ave is a 1963 high-rise designed by architect Kenneth Lind in collaboration with his wife, Sarah Lind. The mid-century modern tower, which was significantly remodeled in 1994, still dominates the bluffs above Santa Monica Canyon and Pacific Coast Highway.
