Conceived by an innovative group of young Santa Monica architects, Sun Tech Townhomes is a collection of multi-pasteled condominium units in Sunset Park. With small pedestrian lanes, solar heating, and a distinctly high-tech feel, the units gained international fame upon their completion in 1981.
