Gussie Moran House
This home, once the residence of tennis star Gussie Moran, was erected in 1890 and stands as one of the last remaining examples of pre-1900 housing development in Santa Monica. Located on Ocean Avenue, the Queen Anne style home features fishscale shingles, an L-shaped porch, and a whimsical tower.
