Juan Jose Carrillo Rides in on a White Horse
J.J. Carillo, pictured here riding a white horse on the beach, was a prominent Santa Monican and father of 11 children. He served as a Los Angeles City Marshal and tax collector as well as a Santa Monica Justice of the Peace and City Trustee.
